Virtual or Private inspections are now available for all of our Sale enquiries.
With the increasing fears in the community around the spread of COVID-19, we would like to take this opportunity to reassure our clients and colleagues that Ryde Kia is committed to keeping disruptions to a minimum to the fullest extent possible.
Ryde Kia will be arranging private inspections by appointment and holding Virtual Inspections for any customers that requests one.
How will this work?
You can refer to the following opening hours of our dealership. Our consultants will be at the dealership during the listed times, all you have to do is phone us and the consultants will have a chat with you to send through a video explanation of the vehicle you’re after. Alternatively, you can phone at any time and make an appointment for a private viewing of the vehicle.
Before making a physical viewing appointment, you must advise us if:
- You & your partner or anyone living with you, has travelled to high-risk areas (excluding airport transit).
- You are feeling unwell, or have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
- Are you subject to a quarantine order by a health authority or are self-isolating due to a risk exposure.
The health and safety of our clients, employees and the wider community are our number one priority and managing the risk of transmission of COVID-19 is critically important.

Service Department
Ryde Kia is applying every possible precautionary measure in line with the Australian Government Health Department advice. Our dealership staff at Ryde Kia are following the strictest hygiene standards in all areas of our dealership to stop the spread.
This includes constant hand hygiene, all surfaces being disinfected around the clock in all departments, social distancing and not presenting to work if unwell. We have hand sanitiser available at the service counter and all technicians are wearing disposable gloves which are changed regularly. All vehicles will be sanitised at the completion of the service works.
To help reduce the possible spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, can we please ask all customers to assist by:
- Having your service logbook on the passenger's seat on arrival
- Keeping a separation from other customers if you are in a queue or waiting in our service lounge
- If you have been feeling unwell, returned from overseas or interstate within the last 14 days, please re-schedule your service booking while you are in self-isolation.
With the safety of our customers and staff in mind, we need to limit the amount of contact to greatly reduce the risk of virus spread, the following facilities will be temporarily suspended:
- Car washing
- Courtesy bus pick-up and drop-off service
- Children's play area
